Chelsea boss Frank Lampard was successful in the FA Cup as a player, as the Blues boss won four FA Cup trophies during his time at the club.

Lampard will be keen to win the FA Cup as a manager this time, and the Chelsea manager has revealed his emotions ahead of the game as he admits that he’d be proud to walk the team out at the Wembley Stadium.

Lampard said: “I was fortunate enough to win it as a player.

“I grew up on it and those wins of my Dad in ’75 and ’80, so I have a strong feeling about the FA Cup, and that has never changed for me as the years have gone by.

“Now I am manager every cup you’re in you want to do your best to win it, and it wouldn’t fall short on me the pride of being able to walk out the club I love at Wembley. Even for a semi-final, it’s a huge game against Manchester United, and I will be very proud on Sunday.”

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.

Sorry, Lampard, let me be frank* and say that I’m rooting for Arsenal so we can snatch Willian!
Tell us how to get to him, as I know he sings to himself in his head so he can ignore everyone that’s trying to drive him nuts!
    *pun intended 😂
