American international Christian Pulisic has been in sensational form for Chelsea since the Premier League restart, scoring twice in his last two Premier League appearances.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has told his cousin, Jamie Redknapp, what he expects from Pulisic.
According to Redknapp, Lampard wants to get his wide players such as Christian Pulisic contributing goals and assists to his team.
“Speaking to Frank Lampard the other day, we found ourselves discussing Christian Pulisic,” Redknapp wrote in his column for the Daily Mail.
“For a first season in the Premier League, and considering the injury he had, the 21-year-old has been outstanding.
“Remember that ‘perfect’ hat-trick against Burnley?
“With Willian and Pedro leaving, and this being the post-Eden Hazard era, he has a chance to excel.
“Lampard wants his wide men to contribute goals and assists, and he’s delivering for Chelsea.”
