According to Italian media outlet Tuttosport via q, the Blues are willing to let Emerson Palmieri leave the club this summer for £27 million amid interest from Inter Milan.

Inter CEO Beppe Marotta is hopeful of persuading Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia to part with Emerson for less than £27 million but it is believed strained relations between Granovskaia and Inter boss Antonio Conte could be a stumbling block.

Conte’s reputation at Chelsea is said to have been severely damaged by the circumstances surrounding his departure from the club in 2018.

Emerson, who hasn’t made a Premier League appearance for the Blues since January, is keen on leaving Stamford Bridge this summer in search of regular game time.
