Chelsea won our last game of the Premier League season without star man Willian, and a report on Metro claims that Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is considering leaving Willian out of his starting line-up for Saturday’s FA Cup final against Arsenal.

According to the report, Lampard believes that Willian’s performance could be impacted due to the Gunners desire to sign him up at the end of the season.

The Brazilian only signed a short-term deal with Chelsea to enable him to finish the campaign at Stamford Bridge following the coronavirus-induced elongated season, but doubt remains over his long-term future in west London.

Lampard went for a 3-4-3 system against Wolves, with Mason Mount, Olivier Giroud and Christian Pulisic as the three front men.

Lampard is expected to use the same formation against Arsenal, and the Blues boss has stuck to the formation since using it to beat Manchester United 3-1 in the FA Cup semi-final.
