According to Metro, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has sanctioned Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia to complete the signing of three players wanted by Chelsea boss Frank Lampard, which could cost over £150million in transfer fees.
The report claims Abramovich has given the green light for Chelsea to sign Ben Chilwell, Kai Havertz and Declan Rice.
Chelsea are expected to conclude the signing of Ben Chilwell from Leicester City this week after reportedly agreeing a transfer fee of £50 million for the England international.
Despite agreeing personal terms with Kai Havertz, Chelsea are yet to agree a fee with Bayer Leverkusen for the transfer of the 21 year old midfielder. Bayer Leverkusen reportedly want £90million for Havertz.
Once deals for Chilwell and Havertz are concluded, the Blues are expected to make a move for West Ham player Declan Rice. The 21 year old West Ham player is a defensive midfielder but Chelsea boss Frank Lampard intends to play him as a centre-back.
