According to reports in Portugal, Chelsea have joined Arsenal in the race to sign Portuguese prodigy Joelson Fernandes.

Daily Star claim the Gunners have had an £18 million bid for the 17 year old rejected and reportedly returned with a £29m offer which has also been turned down.
Portuguese media outlet A Bola claim Chelsea have made contact with the player’s agent Kia Joorabchian to express the Blues’ interest and sound out the possibility of a transfer.
