According to Daily Mail, Brighton are unwilling to sell Chelsea transfer target Ben White this summer.

The Blues are reportedly interested in signing the defender after an impressive loan spell at Leeds United last season. He made 49 appearances while on loan at Leeds United.

Leeds United, Manchester United and Liverpool are also interested in the 22 year old defender. Leeds reportedly had a £25 million bid rejected by Brighton.

Brighton boss Graham Potter shared his thoughts on White’s situation.

He said: “He’s our player, he’s got a long contract with us.

“I have known Ben for a while, I have been aware of him, wanted to try and sign him when we were at Swansea.

“I know about his qualities. He’s a fantastic player.

“He’s done brilliantly at Leeds and helped them get promotion – that’s fantastic for them, fantastic for him – but he’s our player and we’re looking forward to working with him.”
