According to The Times via Metro UK, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has made N’Golo Kante and eight other players available for transfer this summer.
Despite signing Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner ahead of the new season, Lampard is reportedly keen on adding more players to his squad and he has been told by the board that players must leave before new signings are made.
Kante, who started just 23 games this season due to an injury-hit campaign, has been made available despite being a key part of Chelsea’s midfield when fit.
Ross Barkley is also available as well as Tiemoue Bakayoko, who spent the season on loan at Monaco. The Blues are also willing to listen to offers for Kurt Zouma, Andreas Christensen, Emerson Palmieri and Marcos Alonso.
Chelsea are also looking to find buyers for Michy Batshuayi, who has one year left on his contract and Kepa Arrizabalaga, who was dropped for Chelsea’s last two games.
