Following the end of the season for Chelsea, were the Blues lost to Bayern Munich in the second leg of 16 clash at the Allianz Arena, as the Blues were sent packing from the Champions League.

The new season kicks off on September 12, and Chelsea have a game against Brighton away from home on September 14.

The Chelsea players are currently on a short break following the end of the season, and the players have taken to social media to show how they’re enjoying their holiday.
