Italian giants Juventus recently sacked Maurizio Sarri as their head coach following their Champions League exit to Lyon.
Sarri was replaced by Andre Pirlo despite leading Juventus to the Serie A title.
The Chelsea board aren’t happy with the sacking of Sarri by Juventus as it will deprive Chelsea of a much needed potential income source.
Sarri was desperate to sign Jorginho and was prepared to pay around £50m for the playmaker but his sack by Juventus could see Jorginho remain at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues were reportedly open to letting Jorginho leave the club this summer but Juventus are now no longer interested in Jorginho following the appointment of Andre Pirlo as Juventus boss.
