Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has been heavily backed in the transfer window with the Blues signing seven players to strengthen the squad.
After completing the signing of Edouard Mendy from Rennes on Thursday, the Blues are now set to trim the squad.
According to reports, Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger is set to leave the Blues after failing to make an appearance for the Blues this season.
Chelsea midfielders Ross Barkley and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are also expected to leave the club before the 5 October transfer deadline. Premier League side Aston Villa are interested in both players but can only sign one due to Premier League rules.
Chelsea also want rid of Tiemoue Bakayoko and will prefer to sell the midfielder after a couple of loan spells at AC Milan and Monaco.
PSG have reportedly turned to Bakayoko after failing to land their other defensive midfield targets. Leonardo took Bakayoko to AC Milan on loan in 2018/19 and the sporting director is keen to do the same again with the option to buy next summer.
