According to 90min, West Ham have told Chelsea that Declan Rice is not for sale for any price this summer.
West Ham reportedly value the England international at around £80million but they have reportedly informed Chelsea that Rice won’t be sold this summer even if Chelsea submit a bid of £80million.
The England international is reportedly next on Frank Lampard’s wishlist after the signing of goalkeeper Edouard Mendy from Rennes.
Rice was released by the Chelsea academy as a 14 year old but has blossomed into one of the Premier League’s leading defensive midfielders at West Ham.
Lampard sees Rice as a future leading central defender, and he has played in that position previously.
