According to The Athletic, the representatives of Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi are considering setting up a meeting with the club within the next week to discuss the winger’s situation and his role in the manager’s plans.
Hudson-Odoi seems to have fallen out of Frank Lampard’s plans as he has played just 10 minutes for the first team — as a late substitute at Brighton & Hove Albion despite injuries to Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech.
Hudson-Odoi is reportedly worried if he can’t get game time in the absence of Ziyech and Pulisic, then his chances look even slimmer when the duo return from injury.
With several clubs monitoring his situation at the club, Hudson-Odoi is seeking assurances over his future at Chelsea.
Hudson-Odoi is reportedly desperate to prove himself at the club and has taken private training sessions to improve his fitness and is reportedly working very hard in group training to impress Lampard.
