According to French TV channel Telefoot Chaine, Kante sees no reason why he has to leave Chelsea this summer amid interest from Manchester United and Inter Milan.
The report claims Kante and Chelsea never had any intention of talking about the possibility of an outgoing deal during the summer transfer window.
Kante had his best season at Chelsea under former boss Antonio Conte and reports from Italy claim Conte is keen to reunite with Kante at Inter Milan.
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is also interested in signing Kante this summer as he sees the Frenchman as key to building a squad capable of challenging for the title.
