According to Sport Witness, Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko has received a proposal from Crystal Palace, who are ready to battle with AC Milan for his future.
Bakayoko’s transfer to Milan has hit an obstacle in recent days, with the Blues wanting to set the buy-option included in the loan at €30m, while the Rossoneri are unwilling to go beyond €25m.
With talks between AC Milan and Chelsea stalling, Crystal Palace have now entered the race for Bakayoko.
The report claims that Bakayoko will make his decision in the coming days. Bakayoko is reportedly open to joining Crystal Palace but AC Milan is his preferred destination.
With Crystal Palace already signing Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi on loan for the rest of the season, they will need to negotiate a permanent transfer for Bakayoko since league rules do not allow for more than one loan deal between two Premier League clubs.
