Antonio Rudiger’s Chelsea career under Frank Lampard appears to be drawing to a close after he was omitted from the squad for the second successive match.
Rudiger was left out of the squad to face Liverpool and was also left out of the squad for Wednesday night’s Carabao Cup clash against Barnsley.
The German international is yet to make a single appearance for the Blues in all competitions this season.
According to Daily Mail, Rudiger has made the decision to leave Chelsea before the October 5 transfer deadline.
Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in signing Rudiger and a season long loan appears the most likely scenario for the German.
Rudiger has two years left to run on his current deal but has not been approached about signing an extension.
