Davide Zappacosta has already agreed a loan move to Genoa while Lewis Baker has joined Turkish club Trabzonspor on loan for the rest of the season.
According to Goal, as many as 11 players are still expected to leave the club before the transfer window closes.
AC Milan are in talks with Chelsea for the transfer of Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, who has spent the last two seasons on loan at AC Milan and Monaco after struggling to make an impression in his debut season at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea are also looking to move on Emerson Palmieri, Victor Moses, Baba Rahman and Danny Drinkwater on either loan deals or permanent moves.
The likes of Malang Sarr, Matt Miazga, Jake Clarke-Salter, Dujon Sterling, Nathan Baxter and Juan Castillo are also available on loan.
