According to Jermaine Beckford, Frank Lampard isn’t the right person to manage because he doesn’t have the experience to manage the club in the long-term.

Beckford believes Lampard has ‘upset’ and unsettled his squad with a lavish summer spending spree.

Beckford told talkSPORT: “Do I think Frank’s the guy? If I’m honest, I don’t.

“I don’t think he’s got enough experience for it yet, and I think that’s the main problem he’s going to encounter.

“I think people are going to constantly compare him to people who have won the Premier League prior to him at Chelsea. There’s a lot of pressure coming with him.

“I think he should have stuck with a lot of the younger players that he inherited last season; because they didn’t have any money, he put the young boys in and they did fantastically well for him.

“I think he may have upset the squad a little bit, the morale of the squad, with all these new players he’s brought in.”

lampard is confused and dont know what to do. when the opposite team attacks his players flood the box but not actuaaly marking the opponents but just aimless movements. i think jorginho and alonso should not start because are they are poor defensively.
