Chelsea goalkeeper Nathan Baxter has revealed he won’t see himself as a Chelsea player during his loan spell at League One side Accrington Stanley.
When asked what Accrington Stanley supporters can expect of him, Baxter said: “I’m someone that gives their all for the shirt, I always say when I go on loan that I’m now an Accrington player, I don’t see myself as a Chelsea player.
“I like to buy into the football club and I think all the supporters that have seen me over the years will agree with that.
“I’ve been supporter’s player of the year at a couple of teams and I think that’s because they know that I’m giving my all for the shirt and I’m wearing my heart on my sleeves.
“I’ll do everything I can day in, day out to make sure we have a successful season.”
