The 21-year-old is highly rated by the Chelsea academy coaches, and was on the bench for our Carabao Cup win against Barnsley last month.

While on loan away at Yeovil and also Woking, Baxter won the Player of the Year award, and impressed coaches and fans alike with his on-field performances.

The Blues youngster made 130 senior appearances to his name having helped Chelsea Academy teams win both the FA Youth Cup and UEFA Youth League.

Baxter will join fellow Academy graduates Tariq Uwakwe and Jon Russell at Accrington on loan this season.
