Championship side Middlesbrough are reportedly interested in signing Chelsea left-back Baba Rahman on a season-long loan.
The 26-year-old left back, who joined the Blues from Augsburg in the summer of 2015, has made 15 Premier League appearances since his move to England, with all of those coming in his first season at the club.
Rahman has since enjoyed loan spells at Schalke 04, Reims and Real Mallorca.
Baba Rahman has struggled with injuries since joining Chelsea. In 2017, he suffered a cruciate ligament rupture, which kept him out of action for more than seven months. He also recently suffered a knee injury, which sidelined him for virtually the whole of last season.
Middlesbrough currently lie 10th in the Championship after four games and host second-placed Reading on Saturday.
