Former Chelsea winger Jeremie Boga has revealed that he has recovered from coronavirus, after being affected with the virus that has taken the planet by storm.
Sassuolo revealed on August 21 that Boga had been diagnosed with coronavirus. The 23-year-old has been in quarantine since then, and has missed the first three games of the season for his club.
The Chelsea academy product had been battling with the virus since August, and he’s so glad that he’s free to concentrate on his football now.
“Hi Guys, the virus is now behind me! Can’t wait to go back to the camps with the group. Take care of yourself,” Boga posted on Twitter.
Boga’s side Sassuolo has had a good start to the season, with two wins and a draw and are currently third in the league.
Boga scored 11 goals and provided four assists in 34 Serie A appearances last season as Sassuolo finished in eighth place.
