It was a game of few chances at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea played out a goalless draw against Sevilla on Tuesday night in our first Champions League game of the season.
Chelsea have been criticised for our poor defending this season but the Blues stood firm to deny the Europa League champions.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard revealed after the game that he was happy with the goalless draw against Sevilla.
Lampard said: “It’s a positive result. I understood the need to get a result in the first game of the group.
“They’re a really good team, it was an interesting game and I’m happy with the 0-0, it was a big deal to get a clean sheet.”
