Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has urged Chelsea boss Frank Lampard to stick with the 4-2-3-1 formation after the 4-0 victory over Krasnodar in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
According to Hudson-Odoi, the players are used to playing the 4-2-3-1 formation.
Hudson-Odoi said: “Every formation he puts out we try to work on it and try to become better at it. How we played in this game we are used to it.
“We play it a lot and it is good for us to keep getting used to the same formations, and hopefully keep improving and keep building on it as well.”
