Our first Champions League game of the season against Europa League champions Sevilla ended in a goalless draw at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard revealed after the game that he was happy with the way the team managed the game against Sevilla.
The Blues have struggled defensively this season but Lampard insists the players will build on the impressive defensive display against Sevilla.
Lampard said: “I was pleased with the professional element. I spoke to the players about game management. The reaction was a really positive one.
“Sevilla are a top team and the concentration and focus you need to get a result was big.
“We made a lot of good decisions and that’s something to build on.”
