It remains to be seen if the Chelsea owner will be willing to meet West Ham’s asking price of £80million for Rice.

West Ham are known to be interested in Ruben Loftus-Cheek who is down the pecking order and the Blues could add Loftus-Cheek in the deal for Rice.

Rice is reportedly keen on making a move to Chelsea.
