According to talkSPORT, Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur have been holding talks with the agent of Blues centre-back Antonio Rudiger.
The German international is yet to make an appearance for Chelsea this season and has been linked with a move away from the club this summer.
“I think [Rudiger to Spurs] is difficult because there is animosity between the two clubs,” said transfer expert Alex Crook.

“Spurs have failed to reach an agreement with [Inter Milan’s] Milan Skriniar and Jose Mourinho would still like to bring in a central defender.
“Talks have taken place between Spurs and Rudiger’s agent, but all indications at this stage are that it’s a deal Chelsea are not particularly keen to do.”
