Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek is reportedly available on loan but according to reports, clubs are skeptical about signing the Englishman.
According to The Telegraph, clubs are reportedly wary of signing Loftus-Cheek on loan due to his wages and injury record.
Loftus-Cheek’s reported £150,000 per week salary would be a bit too steep for most clubs in England, especially in COVID-19 circumstances and he has suffered several injury problems since coming through at Chelsea.
Just when Loftus-Cheek was becoming an important player at Chelsea, he suffered a longterm injury in May 2019, which made him miss most of last season.
According to reports, Aston Villa chose signing Ross Barkley on loan over Loftus-Cheek because of his wages and injury record.
