Chelsea boss Frank Lampard could be forced to ship out one of his centre-backs, as the Blues currently has five centre-backs at his disposal following the signing of Thiago Silva during the summer transfer window.
Rudiger is yet to play a game for Chelsea this season, but there is so far no deal in place for him to leave the club before the transfer deadline. According to The Telegraph’s Matt Law, and so many other sources claim that the German’s options are running out before deadline.
Also, PSG’s loan offer for Rudiger has been rejected, meaning the German international will stay put at the club.
With Rudiger set to stay, Fikayo Tomori is now subject of a loan exit from the club, with West Ham strongly interested.
We’d see how this pans out.
