Chelsea transfer chief Marina Granovskaia reportedly blocked Marcos Alonso’s transfer to Italian club Inter Milan.
According to reports, while Granovskaia is open to letting Alonso leave the club before transfer deadline day, she wants it to be on a permanent transfer and have blocked any negotiations that include a loan.
Alonso has fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea following the arrival of Ben Chilwell from Leicester.
It is believed Alonso might not play again for Chelsea following a dressing down from Chelsea boss Frank Lampard in front of his teammates after an awful performance in the 3-3 draw at West Brom.
Alonso joined Chelsea from Fiorentina in the summer of 2016 and was an instant success at Stamford Bridge as the Blues romped to the Premier League title under Antonio Conte.
