Former Premier League striker Alan Shearer has named Hakim Ziyech as Chelsea’s best player in the 3-0 victory over Burnley on Saturday.
“He did exceptionally well,” Shearer said on Match of the Day.
“He’s struggled with injuries to get into the team, scored in midweek in the Champions League which would have given him great confidence and I thought he was the best player for Chelsea today.

“He was creating, he was scoring, he was just a constant threat all afternoon.
“He just sends Pope the wrong way, did have to do his bit of defensive work and did that very well.
“He was given a bit of freedom, if he wants to have a roam he can do that because Kante is there if he does lose the ball and he was a constant, full of confidence.
“We spoke about Shaqiri’s weight of pass in the Liverpool game, that assist for Werner was just as good. Very, very good Chelsea, especially going forward.”
