Olivier Giroud was the hero for Chelsea in the 2-1 win against Rennes, as a stoppage time header sealed a dramatic win for the Blues.

The 34-year-old was brought in to make an impact against Tottenham, but this time around, Frank Lampard introduced him with little time left of the game.

Giroud was introduced for Tammy Abraham in the 78th minute, with Tammy Abraham having missed a couple of good heading opportunities.

Chelsea fans believe Lampard’s biggest mistake was letting Tammy Abraham last longer than expected on the pitch, while Giroud was on the bench.
