Ahead of Saturday’s Premier League clash at Newcastle, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has received a huge injury boost.

According to Daily Mail, Chelsea left-back Ben Chilwell will be fit to face Newcastle United later today after resuming training on Friday.

It isn’t yet known if Lampard will want to start the left-back against Newcastle United after he limped off after 38 minutes on Sunday in England’s loss to Belgium.

While Chilwell is expected to be fit to face Newcastle United, Chelsea could be without three players for the game against Newcastle United.

Thiago Silva and Christian Pulisic have been ruled out of the game against Newcastle United and it isn’t known yet whether Kai Havertz will be fit to play having only returned to training this week after missing two weeks of action for testing positive for Covid-19.
