Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma has been banging in the goals with his head this season, and three goals in his last six league games, is a stat that even strikers will appreciate.

Zouma scored in our last game against Burnley, and also got goals in the 4-0 win against Crystal Palace and opening day 3-1 win against Brighton.

Former Chelsea star Pat Nevin has hailed Zouma’s performance in recent games as well as his partnership with Thiago Silva.

Nevin hailed his defensive progress this season as well as his goalscoring exploits.

Nevin wrote in his column on the official club website: “The big man has even decided to go on a scoring spree to add to his dominant displays at the back. Three goals in six Premier League games would be a good average for most strikers.”

Zouma is in the best form of his life, and we hope he continues this way.
