Aston Villa star Jack Grealish is the main man in the Villa team and is the captain of the side.
Grealish is a hugely talented midfielder and is very creative, and even attracted massive interest from Manchester United during the summer transfer window.
Grealish has had a get time to get into the England national team, while Mason Mount has been gained stride in the Three Lions squad under Gareth Southgate.
Former Chelsea right-back Glen Johnson has weighed Mount and Grealish, and while he agrees that Mount deserves to be in the squad, he also didn’t hesitate to point out that Grealish is very talented.
Johnson told compare.bet: “At the moment, I think he’s probably getting it right picking Mount.
“But look, in terms of what Grealish can do, of course, we’ve seen him in fantastic form, but it’s a difficult one.
“With Grealish, he’s Villa’s main man and loves being the main man, but when he goes to the England camp he’s not the main man.
“So he’s got to adapt the way he plays and when he learns to do that, then I think he’ll certainly climb the ladder in Southgate’s pecking order.”
