With so many good performances in the Premier League over the weekend, only one Chelsea player made it into Alan Shearer’s team of the week.

Chelsea defeated Burnley 3-0, and Hakim Ziyech was the star of the match, and Shearer picked only him in his team.

Shearer placed Ziyech on the right wing in a 4-3-3 formation, with Jamie Vardy on the left wing and Newcastle’s Callum Wilson as his striker.

Shearer was full of praise for Ziyech as he said: “It was his first PL start and he didn’t disappoint.

“Full of running and he also weighed in with a goal and an assist.”

Ziyech has impressed in his two starts for Chelsea, with two goals to show and two assists as well.
