Chelsea’s defence has been solid in the past few games, as the Blues haven’t conceded a goal in the last four games.
Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy and Thiago Silva has been hailed for how they have marshalled the defence, but a Blues fan has gone to point a more interesting stat.
Mendy, Silva and Ben Chilwell are yet to concede a goal when all three players have started in defence.
He tweeted: “Chelsea are yet to concede a goal when all three of their new defensive signings Silva, Chilwell and Mendy have started a game together!
“So far, they’ve started FIVE games and Chelsea have kept clean sheets in all FIVE games! The difference these guys have made is unrealFire.”
Silva, Mendy and Ben Chilwell have all proven to be very good signings so far.
