Chelsea vs Tottenham is huge game on a normal day, but this weekend’s meeting promises to be an even bigger meeting between the two sides.
Tottenham are top of the table with 20 points, and Chelsea are in third place, with two points behind the league leaders.
The two sides are in the best of form heading into this game, and everyone is expecting a hugely contested clash at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Former Spurs coach Tim Sherwood is as well expecting a massive tie and has predicted a 1-1 draw.
Sherwood believes Chelsea will boss the possession, while Tottenham will soak the pressure and try to hit on the break as they did against Manchester City.
Interestingly, Sherwood predicts that Spurs will score first, and Chelsea will score a late equaliser.
“I think Tottenham just soak it in as they’ve been doing, Chelsea have all the possession,” Sherwood told Optus Sport.
“Tottenham score first, hold onto something, Chelsea score late, 1-1.”
