Chelsea play host to Leeds United at Stamford Bridge on Saturday night, with Chelsea in 3rd place while Leeds are 12th in the league.
Leeds have proven to be a tough side to beat, but former Tottenham and Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov believes that Chelsea will be a tad too high for Leeds.
Berbatov has backed Chelsea to win the game 2-1.
He said in his prediction for Betfair: “Chelsea have the momentum and Frank Lampard is doing a great job.
“Leeds picked up an important win last time out but the Blues at the Bridge will be too strong.”
Meanwhile, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has admitted ahead of the game that it will be a big test for his side against a hard pressing Leeds United side.
“It will be a big test for us,” said the Chelsea boss.
“If you analyse Leeds, which is not easy because of the way they play, you see they have lots of shots and score goals against top teams. We’ll have to be at our absolute best in terms of concentration and the togetherness in how we defend.
“We’ve been showing some really good signs and that’s how you get clean sheets from front to back but it will be a huge test because they’re one of the most dangerous teams in the league.”
