Chelsea could’ve leapfrogged Tottenham and Liverpool with a victory at the Molineux Stadium after Wolves came from behind to beat Chelsea 2-1.

After a goalless first half, Olivier Giroud put the Blues in front after his sharp volley crept over the line after being fumbled by Rui Patricio in the 49th minute.

Chelsea couldn’t hold onto the lead as Daniel Podence, the host’s best player on the night, equalised with a fantastic shot past Edouard Mendy in the 66th minute.

Just when we thought Chelsea will leave with a point after VAR correctly overturned a Wolves penalty, Neto scored the winner for Wolves in the fifth minute of added time.
