Chelsea are currently top of the Champions League Group E table, and the Blues have sealed qualification to the next round of the tournament with two games to spare.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard may have to rotate his side to play Sevilla away from home on Wednesday night, but he has also insisted that he isn’t taking the game lightly.
With Christian Pulisic and Billy Gilmour back from injury, Lampard has revealed that he has a fully fit squad for Wednesday’s game.
“We are fully fit and ready to go,” said Lampard, at his pre-match press conference.
“Yes, we will look at making changes to the side and I’ll have to do that for different reasons. Some players have been playing a lot and it’s been a hectic schedule and will be a busy period over the next few weeks.
“On the other side of that, the players who haven’t been playing as much recently have been training really well. We have players who are knocking on the door to play. I don’t expect a drop in level but there will be the chance for them to feature. We’ve already qualified from the group but we won’t be taking this game lightly.”
