Chelsea left-back Ben Chilwell has been nominated for the Premier League Player of the Month award, after a superb performance in the month of November.

The Chelsea left-back has been a class act since signing for the club during the summer transfer window, and was super impressive in the month of November, as he scored a goal and helped the team to two wins and a draw in 3 games.

The left-back position was leaky last season, with Frank Lampard disappointed with the performance of Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri.

Having scored in Chelsea’s 4-1 victory over Sheffield United, he was part of the team that kept a clean sheet against Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United.

The other nominees for the award are: Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish, Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes, Southampton’s James Ward-Prowse, West Ham United defender Angelo Ogbonna and Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
