Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger has featured in just five matches for Chelsea so far this season. He has played in just one Premier League match so far this season, the 2-0 win at Newcastle United last month, and has been an unused substitute eight times and left out the squad entirely four times.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has preferred the centre-back partnership of Kurt Zouma and Thiago Silva.
Rudiger has admitted he ‘isn’t satisfied’ with his current situation at Chelsea but insists he won’t look for a transfer away in January.
“I can’t be satisfied with my situation, but the fight has been accepted,” he told ZDF. “What will happen in January is a long way off. I’m complete relaxed.”
