Chelsea returned to winning ways with a 3-0 win against West Ham, and there are some tough games ahead for Frank Lampard’s side.

The tech guys from FiveThirtyEight have gone on with their supercomputer to predict Chelsea’s next three games against Arsenal, Manchester City and Aston Villa.

Against Arsenal, Chelsea were given a win percentage of 49%, draw – 25%, lose – 26%

Against Aston Villa, Chelsea were given a win percentage of 58%, draw – 23%, lose – 19%

Against Manchester City Chelsea were rated more likely to lose by 45%, draw – 25%, win – 29%

Meanwhile, Lampard has revealed that he’s pleased with where Chelsea are so far, although he still expects more from the team.

The Chelsea boss said: “It feels okay but I still want more. We want to keep pushing and we have that desire for more. We know anyone can beat anyone, this season more than most, so we have to keep pushing.

“The higher we can aim, the more level-headed we can stay after wins and we can just prove that we can be better. We’ve got tough games coming up over Christmas so there are more challenges to come for us to deal with.”
