Premier League side West Ham are reportedly interested in signing Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud during the January transfer window.
This is according to The Mirror, who claim the Hammers will be willing to offload Andriy Yarmalenko to raise funds to secure the signing of Giroud in January.
West Ham boss David Moyes is determined to sign an established striker in January to bolster his attacking options and sees Giroud as the perfect player West Ham needs.
Giroud has been linked with a move away from Chelsea in the January transfer window as he is looking to improve his chances of getting into France’s Euro 2020 squad next summer.
However, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard insists the Frenchman still has a key role to play at the club this season.
