Chelsea boss Frank Lampard revealed after the 4-0 FA Cup victory over Morecambe on Sunday that Chelsea defender Fikayo Tomori will leave the club on loan this January.
Several clubs have shown interest in signing the England defender and one of the clubs interested is Serie A side AC Milan.

According to Telefoot via The Sun, AC Milan are in advanced talks to sign Tomori on loan with a deal for Mohamed Simakan of Strasbourg fading for the Rossoneri.
The report claims RB Leipzig are ready to snap up the Strasbourg star instead.
