Chelsea academy star Jude Soonsup-Bell has committed his future to the club and has now signed his first professional contract.

Soonsup-Bell signed a new contract today, just a day after turning 17 years old.

Soonsup-Bell announced on social media: “Very happy to have signed my first professional contract @ChelseaFC Hard work continues!”

The young striker has emerged as one of the top talents in the under 18 group, and has already made his debut for the U23 side and even scored on his first start for the U-23 side.

The 17-year-old forward has scored 11 goals in 9 games, and last week, he was invited to train with the first team in hope of making the squad for the FA Cup game against Morecambe but didn’t make the team in the end.
