Fikayo Tomori has sealed a loan move to Serie A giants AC Milan, at least until the end of the season.
The 23-year-old is highly rated in the Chelsea camp, but was fifth choice centre-back under Lampard, after impressing in the first half of last season.
Tomori seemed pleased to leave the club out on loan and took to social media to reveal that he’s honoured to play for AC Milan.
Tomori wrote on Instagram: “Honoured to have this opportunity to fight for this great club, I can’t wait to show myself on the pitch.”
Meanwhile, Chelsea legend John Terry wished him well on his Instagram post, with a simple message ‘Good Luck’. Arsenal legend Ian Wright also told him ‘Your time now’.

Meanwhile, Chelsea fans have shown their displeasure in losing Tomori to AC Milan, with most claiming that he’s a better defender than Andreas Christensen.
