Chelsea managed to beat Fulham at Craven Cottage on Saturday evening, as the Blues returned to winning ways in the Premier League.
It had been a difficult past month for Chelsea boss Frank Lampard, as the Blues went from a top form to a very bad form.
Chelsea lost four of their last six league games, leading to rumours of a likely sack for the Chelsea manager.
Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp believes that the win will be a good thing for Lampard and will relieve him from the noise outside. According to Redknapp, Lampard would feel everyone is against him.
“It stops the noise from outside,” he said. “Everyone is talking about the bad run they’re on in the Premier League. All of a sudden, the dressing room feels a better place.
“As a manager, it creates so much paranoia, it feels like everyone’s against you, who’s on your side, who’s not?
“”He made a couple of big changes today, he went with experience, he had to juggle the pack to get the right result in the end.”
