Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is fighting for his job after just one win in our last seven games in all competitions.
According to the Daily Mail, Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl has been added to the shortlist of candidates to replace Frank Lampard as Chelsea boss.
Hasenhuttl has impressed as Southampton boss, guiding the South coast club to 6th on the table and his performances hasn’t gone unnoticed in the Chelsea board.
The Austrian would not leave Southampton in the middle of the season so is not viewed as a short-term option, but if he continues to impress on the south coast the 53-year-old would be considered if Chelsea sack Lampard in the summer.
Do you think the Southampton boss has done enough to be considered if Lampard gets sacked?
